About this game

Use number clues to locate mines and uncover every safe square. Three difficulty settings change the board size and mine count.

How to play

A number counts mines in its eight neighboring squares. The first opened square and its neighbors are mine-free; empty regions expand automatically.

Controls

Left-click to reveal, right-click to add or remove a flag. Click the smiley to restart. On touch screens, enable Flag mode to mark squares and disable it to reveal them.

Scoring and ending

Easy: 9×9 with 10 mines; medium: 16×16 with 40; hard: 16×30 with 99. Reveal all safe squares to win. Opening a mine ends the game; flags alone do not win it.

Practical tips

Compare neighboring clues. Once confirmed flags satisfy a number, its remaining neighbors are safe. Keep guesses separate from proven deductions.
